Warranty Policy
The following agreement represents the entire agreement between LCD-Best and the Buyer for all transactions. No party is authorized to make changes without the express written consent of duly authorized officers of the Company. This agreement replaces all prior agreements, written or verbal between the Company and Buyer.
LCD-Best provides a 120-Day Replacement Warranty* for all New LCD/LED Screens and 21-Day Replacement Warranty for all refurbish LCD/LED Screen. If the product does not meet the industrial standards during the warranty period, LCD-Best would replace it. Each returned item will be carefully inspected and must not have any signs of abuse or intentional dmage.
*Warranty includes DOA (Dead on Arrival) or manufacture defect, such as spot, line, picture, and image problems. For dead pixel policy on all new screen, LCD-Best Replacement Warranty covers three (3) or more dead pixels during the warranty period. Please note: All DOA issues and shipping damages must be reported within 7 days after package is received.
